Abstract

L'invention vise notamment un produit de scission d'une immunoglobuline ayant sa partie Fc immunologiquement intacte, qui est lié à un support par adhérence ou chimiquement Ce produit se prête remarquablement à des analyses immunologiques et notamment à un procédé de dosage de réactifs de Fc. Ce procédé consiste à mettre en contact un liquide contenant le réactif de Fc avec un produit de scission d'une immunoglobuline lié à un support, puis à séparer le support et à mettre en contact le réactif de Fc lié au support avec un anticorps réagissant avec le réactif de Fc, sans donner lieu à une réaction croisée avec le produit de scission de l'immunoglobuline, puis à doser l'anticorps.
