Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à l'analyse biologique. Elle concerne notamment un réactif pour la détermination de la concentration de globuline fixatrice de thyroxine dans un échantillon de fluide, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé d'un produit composite immunochimique comprenant des anticorps de la globuline fixatrice de thyroxine fixés aux surfaces d'un support essentiellement insoluble dans l'eau, ainsi qu'un procédé de détermination de la concentration de globuline fixatrice de thyroxine dans un échantillon de fluide utilisant ce réactif. Utilisation par les laboratoires d'analyse en vue du diagnostic du mauvais fonctionnement de la glande thyroïde et des organes et systèmes connexes.
