Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination du degré d'insaturation d'un support d'un composé biologiquement actif dans un fluide biologique, pour mesurer par exemple la capacité de fixation insaturée d'une globuline et d'autres protéines fixant des hormones, en incubant une quantité de substance biologique radioactivement marquée ajoutée à un échantillon du fluide biologique tamponné dans un tube à essai en plastique sur la paroi duquel on a appliqué du glutaraldéhyde avec une protéine spécifique de la substance biologique, accouplée de façon covalente, puis en mesurant la quantité de substance biologique marquée fixée par la protéine spécifique sur la paroi du tube, ou la quantité de substance biologique marquée restée dans le liquide séparé.
