Abstract

Procédé de dosage d'hormones ou de produits pharmaceutiques non liés par réaction des hormones ou des produits pharmaceutiques avec un anticorps et exploitation radioimmunologique. Il consiste à verser une solution contenant une hormone non liée, une hormone liée à des protéines de liaison et des protéines de liaison sur un anticorps immobilisé, à laisser réagir l'hormone non liée avec l'anticorps, à éluer l'hormone liée à la protéine de liaison et les protéines de liaison avec une solution contenant de l'hormone marquée, à laisser réagir l'hormone marquée avec l'anticorps, à éluer l'hormone n'ayant pas réagi avec l'anticorps et à doser l'hormone marquée. Ce procédé simple et automatisable permet de déterminer la concentration absolue des hormones ou produits pharmaceutiques non liés.
