Abstract

Système multicanaux pour la manipulation de substances biologiquement actives immobilisées, dans lequel plusieurs petits tubes à échantillons reçoivent au moins un liquide réactionnel. Ce dispositif comprend une plaque de réception pour les petits tubes à échantillons, une plaque d'adaptation et une plaque de support ainsi qu'une pompe à déplacement multicanaux qui travaille à volonté comme pompe aspirante et foulante. Il permet d'analyser simultanément et en parallèle un grand nombre d'échantillons. Application au dosage des hormones dans le sérum.
