Abstract

According to this method, the aggultinating image in the aggultination reaction becomes clear and sharp, and a required amount of active particles can be diminished. When the aggultination inhibiting reaction is applied, a very small amount of biological substance becomes detectable, which is not achieved by an ordinary method.
