Abstract

L'invention a pour but de fournir une information certaine sur le fait qu'un produit surgelé a été ou non maintenu constamment à une température située en dessous d'un certain seuil de sécurité, soit 18 degrés C au-dessous de zéro pour les produits alimentaires d'origine biologique. Le dispositif selon l'invention comporte une capsule 2 en verre, remplie entièrement par une solution saline aqueuse se solidifiant à - 18 degrés C en augmentant de volume, ce qui brise la capsule. La solution est colorée, et le liquide, en se répandant, colore un papier buvard 3 enveloppant la capsule. L'invention s'applique à la conservation des produits d'origine biologique.
