Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique susceptible de libérer de façon controlée une substance active dans le tractus intestinal et sa préparation. La nouvelle composition pharmaceutique contient une substance active choisie parmi les arylalcanolamines et les aryloxyalcanolamines, et un agent tensio-actif anionique acceptable du point de vue physiologique, choisi parmi les monosulfates d'alcools gras supérieurs. La composition pharmaceutique de l'invention convient notamment à l'administration d'agents de blocage des récepteurs beta -adrénergiques et d'agents anti-arythmiques.
