Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de composiciones para la liberación controlada de agentes cardiacos y circulatorios, en el conducto intestinal, caracterizado porque se mezcla (a) un agente farmacológicamente activo seleccionado del grupo de arilalcanolaminas y ariloxialcanolaminas, y (b) un agente tensioactivo aniónico fisiológicamente tolerable seleccionado del grupo de ésteres de ácido mono-sulfúrico de alcoholes grasos superiores, porque se produce facultativamente un núcleo de medicamento a partir de la misma, se reviste el núcleo de medicamento con una película que es resistente a los jugos gástricos pero que se descompone a un ph superior a 5, y porque se aplica facultativamente sobre el núcleo de medicamento revestido una capa de medicamento que se disuelve en los jugos gástricos.
