Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément modulaire pour construction d'habitation constitué par un plancher, un plafond et des panneaux verticaux s'étendant entre le plancher et le plafond de manière à définir au moins un compartiment paralélépipédique. Selon l'invention, le plancher est constitué par une dalle en béton armé tandis que les panneaux verticaux de plafond sont constitués par un matériau composite comprenant deux plaques entre lesquelles s'étend une armature interne constituant un réseau d'entretoises, la liaison des panneaux entre eux et avec le plancher et le plafond étant réalisée par des poteaux verticaux en un liant coulé et solidifié dans les espaces ménagés dans chacun des bords adjacents de panneaux voisins par dégarnissage partiel du réseau d'entretoises compris entre les deux plaques de chaque panneau, lesdits poteaux s'étendant à leur base dans l'épaisseur de la dalle où ils sont ancrés et à leur sommet dans un espace ménagé dans le panneau de plafond par dégarnissage partiel de son réseau d'entretoises de manière à former un gousset de liaison du plafond aux panneaux verticaux. L'invention trouve une application intéressante dans le domaine de la construction d'habitation.
