In carrying out the invention,

Where it is desired to make the wall sit over the rim la as just described, but there is no adjacent building, strips of sheet iron, wood or the like are placed on the outside of the rim la as Well as inside for the purpose of retaining the parting, in which case the parting may be any suitable material which can be readily removed.
