Abstract

a. L'invention concerne un procédé pour gainer avec de la mousse de matière plastique des objets de grande longueur. b. On introduit dans la matière plastique un gaz formant les bulles et provoque chimiquement, immédiatement avant la sortie de l'extrudeuse qui gaine l'objet, la réticulation de la matière plastique. c. La réticulation augmente la viscosité de la matière plastique évitant l'échappement des bulles et permettant le centrage de l'objet gainé.
