Abstract

a. Procédé et dispositif pour fabriquer une gaine isolante en matière isolante réticulée. b. Procédé caractérisé en ce que le conducteur 1 à isoler est amené à l'état préchauffé, au moins jusqu'au-dessus de la chaleur de réaction de l'agent de réticulation, sa surface étant traitée sur son pourtour par un agent empêchant la formation de bulles, la matière isolante étant extrudée, et au moins la zone extérieure 3 de la gaine 2 du conducteur ainsi formée étant refroidie de l'extérieur après réticulation au moins de la zone extérieure de la gaine, avec réticulation totale et finale simultanée. c. L'invention s'applique au gainage plastifié de conducteurs électriques.
