Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé d'électrodéposition de ruthénium et des bains utilisables à cet effet. Selon le procédé de l'invention, du ruthénium est déposé électrolytiquement à partir d'un bain comprenant une solution aqueuse d'un composé de ruthénium dans laquelle le ruthénium est présent dans un complexe cationique de la formule : ØRU2 N(NH3 )8 X2 õ** 3+ dans laquelle X est du chlore, du brome ou de l'iode Application à la fabrication d'articles revêtus de ruthénium utilisables comme contacts électriques.
