Abstract
The device has a heat transmission element with a cooling medium and a capillary structure. The heat transmission element is mounted in a sealed case (3) and contains the insulating cooling medium (7) the capillary structure (8) and the whole component (1,2) with high heat losses. This component is cooled by the medium change of state. Ribs (4) are provided on the outer surfaces of the case cold part, and the component (1,2) and the capillary structure (8) are at least partly immersed into the cooling medium.
