Abstract

The cardboard is cut and scored to form the sections of the box. The box has a base (2) ad four integral uprights, (4, 5, 6, 7). Each of the three outer edges is fitted with a lip. The lid (3) is integral with the side (7) and has a tongue (15) fitting in the slot in the front of the box. The four corners are folded inwards and the corner flap (8) which acts as a reinforcement. The corner flap (8) is fitted with a tongue (16) which fits into the corner slot (75) to hold the flap into position.
