Abstract
Folding box made from flat material with a three or more cornered base section and four cornered wall section. The wall sections are of the same height and have holding sections to connect any two adjoining sections. The holding sections have a reinforcement flap which when spread out has almost the shape of an isosceles triangle with its apex the corner point of the corresponding base section and with its height corresponding to the height of the wall sections. The rigidity of the reinforcement flap is reduced along its centre line, in a weakened folding zone. The material may be a paper, either corrugated or stiffened.
