Abstract

The cardboard box is lined with silicon paper or other impervious material. The cardboard may be corrugated or the box made from other rigid board. A single blank is crimped and folded without cutting any of the material away so that there are no leakage holes. The sides (12) (13) are bent upwards and the corners (14) (A) and (B) are folded outwards so that the edges (15) are outside the box. The triangles are then folded over so that the corner tabs (14A) lies on corner tabs (14B). The upper edges are folded over to give the rim of the container added strength and to latch the edges together.
