Abstract

Folded cardboard box for packaging various objects, giving security against loss or theft, consists of a folded bottom section (1) folded from a single sheet of cardboard and a lid (2) comprising a top surface (19) and sides which are glued to the sides of the bottom part. An area (28) is outlined on the lid by a line (24) of perforations. Small flaps are formed on this line to be used to tear open the box. Slots on the top of the lid so that tabs (30) on the sides of the lower part can pass through the lid, can be used to fit in corresponding openings (31) when such boxes are placed on top of each other.
