Abstract

The box is made from a single sheet of cardboard which has a base (1), two vertical sides (4 5) and two ends (2, 3). The lids extend into two flaps (8, 9) which are applied to the inside faces of sides. The lid is an extension of the sides and is in two parts, each being attached to one side. The ends of the ids are fitted with tabs (18) which are folded over the ends of the box. The lids have longitudinal scores so that the lids can be folded over to lie alongside the sides of the box.
