Abstract

The heating fluid flows through parallel vertical passages arranged symmetrically round a vertical plane, and joined to one or more thermal exchange surfaces of apertured sheet metal. These enclose, in conjuction with the spaces between the passages, vertical air circulation passages. The metal sheet extends for the full height of the heating fluid passages, and a grille resting on its upper edge (2a) covers the top of the radiator (1). The grille can be integral with the metal sheet at the side, and removably mounted and the openings in the sheet can be inclined to the axial plane of the radiator.
