Abstract

A double acting ram (3) is fixed to the implement frame (2), while the rod (4) of piston (5) is attached to the implement drawbar. The ram is connected at each end by pipes (6 & 7) to a distributor (8) located on a tractor. The piston rod free end joins a rod (9) provided at the end (10) and at an intermediate position (11) with two stops which correspond to the max. travel of the piston. Between these two stops, two sliding stops (12) and (13) can be locked in desired positions on the rod (9). Contacts (20 & 21) in circuits (15 & 18) act with stops (12 & 13), making or breaking a circuit at a set position, thus limiting the ram piston travel and causing the implement to take up its desired angle of inclination.
