Claims (11)
1. Förfarande för framställning av ett väsentligen alkoholfritt öl ur klarad vört genom en kontinuerlig be- 5 handling med jäst vid läg temperatur, känneteck-n a t därav, att vörten ledes genom en packad kolonn -reaktor som innehäller immobiliserad jäst vid en tempera-tur me11an vörtens fryspunkt och +10°C, vilken packad kolonn -reaktor innehäller ett väsentligen okomprimerbart 10 bärarmaterial, pä vars yta jästceller immobiliserats, och varvid syret avlägsnas frän vörten innan denna ledes tili reaktorn.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att bärarmaterialet har anjonbytar- 15 egenskaper.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kännetecknat därav, att syret avlägsnas frän vörten genom indunstning.
.· 4. Förfarande enligt nägot av föregäende patent- 20 krav, kännetecknat därav, att den klarade vörten behandlas för avlägsning av icke-önskvärda smakäm-nen innan den ledes tili reaktorn.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknat därav, att den klarade vörten indunstas vid 25 förhöjd temperatur.
