Claims (16)
1. Förfarande för framställning av ett tillsatskon-centrat som lämpar sig att införlivas med en färdig smörj- 5 oijekomposition, kännetecknat därav, att vid en förhöjd temperatur omsättes (A) ett sulfuriserat jordalkalimetallhydrokarbylfe-nat med ett TBN-värde som är mindre än TBN hos det slutliga tillsatskoncentratet, 10 (B) en jordalkalimetallbas, som är tillsatt antingen i en sats tili de i början använda reagenserna eller sä att en del tillsätts tili de i början använda reagenserna och äterstoden i en eller flera satser tili (ett) senare reak-tionssteg, 15 (C) antingen en flervärd alkohol med 2-4 kolato- mer, di- eller tri (C2-C4)glykol, alkylenglykolalkyleter eller polyalkylenglykolalkyleter, (D) en smörjolja, (E) koldioxid som tillsätts efter tillsättningen 20 eller varje tillsättning av komponent (B), och (F) antingen (i) minst en karboxylsyra med formeln R - CH - COOH (I) I. R1 25 väri R är en C10.24-alkyl- eller -alkenylgrupp och R1 är antingen väte, en CM-alkylgrupp eller -CH2COOH-grupp eller en anhydrid eller ester därav, eller (ii) di- eller polykarbo-xylsyra med 36 - 100 kolatomer eller en anhydrid eller es-30 ter därav, tillräckligt för att ästadkomma över 2 och högst 35 vikt-% av dessa, beräknat pä vikten av koncentratet, varvid viktförhällandet komponenterna (A) tili (F) är sä-dant att det bildas ett koncentrat med ett TBN-värde som överstiger 300 och vid 100 °C en viskositet som understiger 35 1000 x 10·6 ro2/s.

7. Förfarande enligt nägot av de föregäende patent- 20 kraven, kännetecknat därav, att i denna inför livas antingen komponenten b) (i) eller komponenten (b) (ii) i en mängd av mer än 10 och högst 35 vikt-%, beräknat pä vikten av koncentratet.
