Claims (6)

1. Förfarande av stabilisering av blodkoagulationsfaktorer, kännetecknat av, att i blod eller 5 plasma tillsätts som stabiliserande medel 0,1 - 4,0 % (w/v) glycylglycin och/eller glycylglycylglycin.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av, att det stabiliserande medlet tillsätts 1 blodet 1 en koncentration av 0,5 - 1,0 % (w/v). 10
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känne tecknat av, att det stabiliserande medlet tillsätts i plasman i en koncentration av 0,5 - 2,0 % (w/v).
4. Kontrollplasma, kännetecknad av, att den innehäller som blodkoagulationsfaktorer stabili- 15 serande medel 0,1 - 4,0 % (w/v) glycylglycin och/eller glycylglycylglycin.
5. Kontrollplasma enligt patentkrav 4, kännetecknad av, att koncentrationen av det stabiliserande medlet är 0,5 - 2,0 % (w/v).
6. Reagens för bestämning av biologisk aktivitet av blodkoagulationsfaktorer, kännetecknad av, att den innehäller plasma vilken saknar koagulationsfak-torer eller frän vilken de har avlägsnats och vilken som ϊ blodkoagulationsfaktorer stabiliserande medel innehäller 25 0,1 - 4,0 % (w/v) glycylglycin och/eller glycylglycylgly cin. • · II
