Claims (5)

1. Förfarande för framställning av en förening med for-meln (I) 20 ORj ySv^CH20H (I) l_J o ^-N \ CCXK^^. 25 i vilken Rj betecknar en trialkylsilyl- eller tetrahydro-pyranylgrupp, väri man hydrolyserar en förening med for-meln (II) 30 ORI CH20C0R I II (ii) I_m _M x ' 35 0* li 90994 i vilken R, betecknar detsamma soin ovan och R en alkyl-grupp med 1-18 kolatomer, kännetecknat därav, att hydro-lysen utförs med hjälp av ett lipas-, pankreatin- eller proteasenzym. 5
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att det nämnda enzymet isoleras och därefter an-vänds det för hydrolysering av föreningen med formeln (II). 10
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 2, kännetecknat därav, att det isolerade enzymet antingen immobiliseras i en inert bärare eller görs olösligt genom tvärbindning. 15
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 3, kännetecknat därav, att den slutliga föreningen med formeln (I) adsorberas i en inert bärare och tillvaratas därefter i ren form genom att enkelt tvätta bäraren med ett lämpligt lösningsmedel. 20

Förfarande enligt n&got av de föregäende patentkraven, kännetecknat därav, att den enzymatiska hydrolysen utförs i en vattenhaltig lösning, varvid koncentrationen av föreningen med formeln (II) är 1 - 100 g/1, eventuellt i närvaro av en liten mängd av kolväten, buffrad tili pH- 25 värde 5-9, i en temperatur av 10 °C - 50 °C, för en period av 0,5 - 48 timmar.
