Claims (8)
1. Expanderbar polymerkomposition, känne-t e c k n a d därav, att den innehäller 5-95 vikt-% av en 5 lineär olefinpolymer, 95-5 vikt-% av en tvärbindbar ole- finpolymer med en eller flera karboxylsyra-, amid-, amin-eller hydroxylfunktionella grupper; tvärbindningsmedel, som är en epoxifunktionell siian, aminofunktionell siian, organofunktionell alkoxisilan, en amin, ett multiepoxi- 10 funktionellt harts eller titanat; och ett flyktigt expan-sionsmedel.
2. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, känne-t e c k n a d därav, att den tvärbindbara polymeren är en etylen/akrylsyra-kopolymer.
3. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, känne- t e c k n a d därav, att tvärbindingsmedlet är en epoxifunktionell siian.
4. Komposition enligt patentkravet 1, känne-t e c k n a d därav, att tvärbindningsmedlet är ett mul- 20 tiepoxifunktionellt harts.
5. Förfarande för framställning av ett polymerskum, kännetecknat därav, att a) en blandning, som innehäller 5-95 vikt-% av en lineär olefinpolymer och 95-5 vikt-% av en tvärbindbar 25 olefinpolymer med en eller flera karboxylsyra-, amid-, amin- eller hydroxylfunktionella grupper, smältbehandlas tillsammans med ett flyktigt expansionsmedel och en till-räcklig mängd tvärbindningsmedel, som är en epoxifunktionell siian, aminofunktionell siian, organofunktionell al- 30 koxisilan, ett multiepoxifunktionellt harts, en amin eller ett titanat, för bildande av en flytande blandning; och b) blandingen strängsprutas genom ett munstycke tili en zon med lägre tryck och expansionsmedlet aktiveras för expandering av polymerblandingen tili en cellformig, 35 tvärbunden struktur. 28 86 644
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, känne-t e c k n a t därav, att den tvärbindbara polymeren är en etylen/akrylsyra-kopolymer.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, känne-5 tecknat därav, att tvärbindingsmedlet är en epoxi- funktionell siian.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, känne-tecknat därav, att tillsanunans med expansionsmedlet tillsätts en tillräcklig mängd alkohol för regiering av 10 tvärbindningsgraden hos den tvärbindbara polymeren in den bildade blandningen.
