Claims (7)

1. Menetelmä teräsputken (1) päällystämiseksi ekstrudoimal-10 la, jossa teräsputki (1) esikäsitellään ja esikäsitelty putki johdetaan ekstrudoitavien muovimateriaalien (4, 5) jähmettymispisteen alapuolella olevassa lämpötilassa ekstruuderilaitteen (3) läpi, jossa se päällystetään adheesiokerroksella (4) ja ainakin yhdellä kestomuoviker-15 roksella (5), jonka jälkeen päällystetty teräsputki jäähdytetään, ja jäähdytetty teräsputki (1) kuumennetaan induk-tiolämmityksen (7) avulla tehokkaan adheesion aikaansaamiseksi teräsputken (1) ja pällysteen välillä, tunnet-t u siitä, että teräsputki (1) ekstruuderilaitteessa (3) 20 päällystetään verraten paksulla vaahdotettua kestomuovia (5) olevalla eristyskerroksella.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnet-t u siitä, että vaahtokerros (5) päällystetään samanaika- 25 sesti kestomuovia olevalla kompaktilla suojakerroksella.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että teräsputken (1) esikäsittely (2) käsittää lämmittämisen ja hiekkapuhaltamisen. 30
4. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että teräsputken (1) esikäsittely (2) käsittää lämmittämisen, hiekkapuhaltamisen, kuumentamisen ja epoksoinnin. 35
5. Patenttivaatimuksen 4 mukainen menetelmä, tunnet-t u siitä, että esikäsittelyvaiheen (2) jälkeen teräsputki β 84449 (1) viedään odotusvarastoon jäähtymään halutuun lämpötilaan.
6. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-4 mukainen menetelmä, 5 tunnettu siitä, että esikäsittelyaseman (2) ja ekstruuderilaitteen (3) välinen etäisyys sovitetaan esikä-sitellyn teräsputken (1) riittävän jäähdytyksen saamiseksi.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 5 tai 6 mukainen menetelmä, t u n - 10. e t t u siitä, että teräsputki (1) lopullisessa kuumennuksessa saavuttaa noin 160°C - 180°C lämpötilan, eli noin adheesiokerroksen sulamispisteen.
