Claims (4)
- 表面を浄化した定尺長さの鋼管をジョイナーを用いて接続しながら樹脂の押出成形機に連続的に導入してその鋼管の外周に接着剤層とその上に重ねる樹脂層を連続作業によって被覆し、その後、被覆した樹脂層の冷却を終えた後にピンホールディテクターを用いた被覆樹脂層の欠陥検査を実施し、その後、接続した鋼管の端部を渦電流探傷器で検出して検出点において被覆を切断し、接続された鋼管の切り離しとジョイナーの取り外しを行なう樹脂被覆鋼管の製造方法であって、
連続的に押し出される接着剤と樹脂を鋼管の外周に付着させる前に押出成形機の内部で互いに重ねて密着させ、その後、積層された接着剤層と樹脂層を引き延ばしながら押出成形機のダイの出口から外部に出してダイの外部において鋼管の外周に密着させ、その密着を前記接着剤層と鋼管との間の空間を負圧状態に維持しながら行い、その後、被覆した樹脂層を冷却して固化させるとともに、
前記押出成形機として、シールパッキンを2枚有し、その2枚のシールパッキンの設置間隔が鋼管の接続部の長さよりも大に設定されたシール装置と真空引き装置を組み合わせた負圧ユニットを入口近くの内部に備えるものを使用し、前記接着剤層と鋼管との間の空間の負圧状態の維持を、前記シール装置の前記シールパッキンでそのシールパッキンの穴に通した前記鋼管の外周をシールし、この状態で前記空間の空気を前記真空引き装置で吸引することによって行なう樹脂被覆鋼管の製造方法。 - 前記連続的に押し出される接着剤と樹脂を鋼管の外周に付着させる前に前記鋼管を予熱する請求項1に記載の樹脂被覆鋼管の製造方法。
- 前記鋼管の予熱を誘導加熱装置を用いて鋼管が前記押出成形機に至る前に行なう請求項2に記載の樹脂被覆鋼管の製造方法。
- 前記鋼管の接続を、鋼管との突合せ界面が気密に封止されるジョイナーを用いて行なう請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の樹脂被覆鋼管の製造方法。
