Claims (2)
- 長尺の固形状の樹脂材を加熱する樹脂材加熱装置であって、
前記樹脂材の直径よりも内径が大きく、前記樹脂材を内壁面と離間させた状態で通過させる直線状又は円弧状の通過管路と、
前記通過管路の内部に熱風を供給する熱風供給手段と、
前記通過管路の内部を気密に維持するシール部材と、
を備え、
前記熱風供給手段は、
前記通過管路の前記熱風が供給される一端側と、前記熱風を排出する他端側とを接続して、前記熱風を循環させる循環管路と、
前記循環管路の内部の前記熱風を加熱する加熱源と、
前記加熱源で加熱された前記熱風を前記通過管路の一端側に向かって送風するとともに、前記通過管路の他端側から排出された前記熱風を前記加熱源に向かって送風する送風機と、
を有し、
前記通過管路は、複数からなり、且つ前記熱風を排出する他端側から前記樹脂材がそれぞれ供給され、前記熱風が供給される一端側から前記樹脂材をそれぞれ排出し、
複数の前記通過管路のそれぞれの一端側に連通する分配管路が設けられ、
複数の前記通過管路のそれぞれの他端側に連通する合流管路が設けられ、
前記循環管路は、前記分配管路及び前記合流管路を介して前記熱風を複数の前記通過管路のそれぞれに循環させ、
前記樹脂材は、前記合流管路に設けられた複数の樹脂材供給口を介して複数の前記通過管路にそれぞれ供給され、且つ前記分配管路に設けられた複数の樹脂材排出口を介して複数の前記通過管路からそれぞれ排出され、
前記シール部材は、前記樹脂材供給口及び前記樹脂材排出口にそれぞれ設けられることを特徴とする樹脂材加熱装置。 - 長尺の固形状の樹脂材を加熱する樹脂材加熱方法であって、
前記樹脂材の直径よりも大きい内径の直線状又は円弧状である複数の通過管路に熱風を供給する熱風供給工程と、
前記通過管路の内壁面と前記樹脂材とを離間させた状態で、前記通過管路のそれぞれに前記樹脂材を通過させて、前記熱風と前記樹脂材とを熱交換させる加熱工程と、
を有し、
前記熱風供給工程では、複数の前記通過管路のそれぞれの一端側に連通する分配管路を介して複数の前記通過管路に前記熱風を供給し、且つ複数の前記通過管路のそれぞれの他端側に連通する合流管路を介して複数の前記通過管路から排出される前記熱風を加熱して、前記分配管路に再び供給し、
前記加熱工程では、前記合流管路に設けられた複数の樹脂材供給口を介して複数の前記通過管路にそれぞれ前記樹脂材を供給し、前記分配管路に設けられた複数の樹脂材排出口を介して複数の前記通過管路からそれぞれ前記樹脂材を排出することを特徴とする樹脂材加熱方法。
