Claims (8)
1. Suspensionsmedium för förlängd lagring av röda blodcel-ler vid ca4°C, kännetecknat av att suspensionen väsentligen bestär av ca 80-150 mmol glukos, 30-80 mmol mannitol, 6-90 mmol kaliumcitrat, 1-5 mmol adenin och 10-200 mmol ammoniumklorid eller -acetat i vattenlösning med ett pH av ca 6,8-7,2 justerat med fosfatsalt och osmolariten av ca 180-220 milli-osmolar, i vilken suspensions röda blod-celler kan lagras i livsduglig form.
2. Suspensionsmedium enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att den innehäller ca 110 mmol glukos, 55 mmol mannitol, 7,9 mmol kaliumcitrat, 2 mmol adenin och 50 mmol ammoniumklorid eller -acetat.
3. Suspensionsmedium enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att pH hälls i värdet av ca 7,0 genom att justera pH-värdet med lämpliga mängder av en- eller tvä-basisk kaliumfosfat.
4. Suspensionsmedium enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att osmolariteten är ca 200 mOsm.
5. Förfarande för lagring av röda blodceller för förlängda tidsperioder vid ca 4°C, kännetecknat av att blodceller suspenderas i ett medium, som väsentligen bestär ίο 84 I 35 av ca 80-150 mmol glukos, 30-80 mmol mannitol, 6-90 mmol kaliumcitrat, 1-5 mmol adenin och 10-200 mmol ammoniumklorid eller -acetat i vattenlösning med ett pH av ca 6,8-7,2 justerat med fosfatsalt och en osmolaritet av ca 180-220 milliosmolar, vilken suspensions möjliggör lagring av röda blodceller i livsduglig form.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck- n a t av att suspensionsmediet innehäller ca 110 mmol glukos, 55 mmol mannitol, 7,9 mmol kaliumcitrat, 2 mmol adenin och 50 mmol ammoniumklorid eller -acetat.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck- n a t av att pH hälls i vSrdet av ca 7,0 genom att justera pH-värdet med lämpliga mängder av en- eller tväbasisk ka-liumfosfat.
8. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, känneteck-n a t av att osmolariteten är ca 200 mOsm.
