Claims (6)

1. Förfarande för framställning av lagerstabila snabb-sönderfallande farmaceutiska aktivämnespresstycken, k ä n -netecknat därav, att a) en verksam mängd av ett farmaceutiskt aktivämne i kornig form överdrages med ett höljeämne, som väsentligen bestär av en homogen blandning av en vattenolöslig, men i vatten dispergerbar poly(H+met)akrylsyra(metyl+etyl)-ester och en i vatten olöslig, men i vatten dispergerbar etylcel-lulosa, varvid viktförhällandet av akrylsyraester tili etyl-cellulosa utgör 2,5:1 tili 5:1, b) blandas först med taik och därefter med c) kolloidal kiseldioxid och tvärbunden polyvinylpyrro-lidon med hög sprängkraft samt bindemedelsegenskaper och pressas därefter.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att blandningsförhällandet av höljeämnena utgör 3:1.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att sprängmedlet bestär av en blandning av po-lyvinylpyrrolidon och mikrokristallin cellulosa.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att aktivämnet är kaliumklorid med en diameter av 0,3-1,2 mm.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t därav, att aktivämnet är kaliumklorid med en diameter av 0,5-1,2 mm.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 4 eller 5, k ä n n βίε c k n a t därav, att ämnena i den yttre fasen (c) inne-häller ett diuretikum.
