Claims (3)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en förening med formeln I eller fysiologiskt godtagbara syra-additionssal- 5 ter därav, Γ 0 jV >oR2 10 "0H OH O I 'OR. OH 1 väri 15 a) Rt och R2 är identiska och betecknar sockerkombi- nationen Roa-Rod-Rod eller Roa-dF-CinB, eller b) Rx och R2 är olika och betecknar sockerkombina-tionen Roa-Rod-Rod och Roa-dF-Rod, eller c) R2 och R2 är olika, varvid R2 betecknar socker- 20 kombinationen Roa-dF-CinA och R2 betecknar sockerkombina- tionen Roa-Rod-Acu och R2 betecknar sockerkombinationen Roa-Rod-Rod, kännetecknat därav, att mikroorganismen Strep-tomyces purpurascens DSM 2658 fermenteras under förhöjd 25 syretillförsel pä i övrigt i sig konventionellt sätt under aeroba betingelser i närvaro av ett näringsmedium och de bildade föreningarna isoleras genom extraktion ur odlings-lösningen och mycelet med organiska lösningsmedel och slutligen genom kromatografi eller fördelning pä sedvan-30 ligt sätt.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att mikroorganismen Streptomyces purpurascens DSM 2658 fermenteras i ett näringsmedium in-nehällande koi- och kvävekällor samt oorganiska närsalt 35 och spärämnen, vid en temperatur pä 24 - 40°C och ett pH pä li 27 81 608 6,5 - 8,5, föreningarna som bildats extraheras ur närings-lösningen med etylacetat och kloroform och ur mycelet först med vattenhaltigt aceton och därefter ur den avskil-da vattenfasen med etylacetat, etylacetatextrakten förenas 5 och koncentreras och extraheras med acetatbuffert vid pH 3,5, vattenfasen extraheras med toluen och föreningarna med formeln I isoleras ur den kvarvarande vattenfasen gen-om kromatografl eller fördelning.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, k ä n n e -10 tecknat därav, att den kromatografiska isoleringen av förenlngen med formeln I utgörs med en kiselkolonn, reverserad-fas-adsorbenter, dropp-motströms-kromatografi eller fördelning och därefter med tunnskikts- eller hög-trycksvätskekromatograf1. 15
