Claims (2)

Menetelmä lääkeaineina, erityisesti aivotoimintojen virkistäjänä käytettävien, kaavan I mukaisen l,3-bis(dimetyyli-amino)-2-propyyli-4-kloorifenoksiasetaatin fysiologisesti sopivien happoadditiosuolojen valmistamiseksi uti3 -------- ch3 I /=\ 0 CH2 ci-/ \-0-CH2-C-0-CH (Kaava I) N / CHp ">1 ch5 tunnettu siitä, että yleisen kaavan II muotoa olevat yhdisteet, ___ »O 0-CH2-r1 (Kaava II) joissa rI on karboksyyli-, syano-, alkoksikarbonyyli-, halo-geenikarbonyyli-, 4-kloorifenoksiasetyylioksikarbonyyliryhmä, tai ryhmä muotoa -COOMe1, jossa Me* on alkalimetalli-ioni, muutetaan yleisen kaavan m muotoa olevan yhdisteen avulla CH5 CH3 ^N-CH2-CH-CH2-N (Kaava III) CH3 I NsCH3 R2 jossa r2 on hydroksyyliryhmä tai halogeeniatomi, ja muodostunut, kaavan I mukaisen yhdisteen happoadditiosuola eristetään reaktioliuoksesta. 2. patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että lähtöaineina käytetään 4-kloorifenokeietikkahappo-kloridia ja 1,3-bis-(dimetyyliamino)-2-propanolia. 11 81562

Förfarande för framställning av som läkemedel, speciellt tili stimulering av hjärnfunktionen, användbara fysiologiskt kompatibla syraadditionsalter av 1,3-bis(dimetylamino)-2-propyl-4-klorfenoxiacetat enligt formeln I ch3^ ch3^ I /=v o ch2 C1—^ y-0-CH2-C-0-CH (Fornel I) ch5 ch5 kännetecknat därav, att man omvandlar föreningar med den allmänna formeln II O. (Formel II) o-ch2-r1 väri Rl betecknar karboxyl-, cyano-, alkoxikarbony1-, halogen-karbonyl-, 4-klorfenoxi-acetyloxikarbonylgrupp, eller en grupp med formeln -COOMe* med Me1 = en alkalimetall-ion, med en förening med den allmänna formeln III CH3x ^CH3 ^ N-:h2-CH-CH2-:.tn (Fornel III) ch3 I CH3 R2 väri R1 betecknar en hydroxylgrupp eller halogenatom, och isolerar det bildade syraadditonssaltet av föreningen enligt formeln I ur reaktionsblandningen. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att man som utgangsämne använder 4-klorfenoxiättiksyra-klorid och 1,3-bis-(dimetylamino)-2-propanol.
