Claims (8)
1. Metod för att pävisa baktereml, 1 vilken metod blodet genom blodprovtagningssystemet sugs in i odlingskärlet, i vilken finns ett vakuum och/eller speciell gas och flytande närmedium, i vilket blodprovet blandas, känneteck-n a d därav, att blodet uppsugs i en ampull försedd med en avsmalnande del, varvid det uppsugna blodet samtidigt infekterar det flytande närmediet, vilket innehäller de baktericida ämnenas motsatta tillsatsämnen samt däri iblandat även ett fast närmedium, och därefter inkuberas odlingskärlet, varvid det i rörets Övre del varande flytande och med detta efter varandra anordnade, 1 nedre delen av röret varande fasta närmediet är i beröring med varandra i det att inkubatlonen sker i en sned ställning, varvid det flytande närmediet (11) täcker den fasta ytan enbart delvis, i en viss temperatur företrädesvis 35 - 37°C, sä att den i närmedierna möjligen uppkomna bakterietillväxten blir synlig tack väre att indlkatorfärgämne tillsatts.

Apparat försedd med en avsmalnande del avsedd för undersökning av baktereml, best&ende av ett blodprovtag-ningssystem och odlingsapparat för de bakterler som ing&r i blodet, kännetecknad därav, att odlingskärlet (1, 2) är en ampull 1 vilken en ringformig avsmalnande del (3) delar ampullen i tvä delar i erforderligt volym-förhällande tili nedre delen anordnat av ett fast och tili den Övre delen anordnat flytande närmedium (10, 11), gärna 1 förhällandet 1:3*
3. Apparat enligt patentkrav 2 kännetecknad därav, att p& utsldan av den ringformiga avsmalnande delen (3) finns en brottring (9) och diametern för den avsmalnande delens öppning är ca 6-10 mm.
