Claims (6)

9 Předmět vynálezu
1. Způsob zjišťování bakterií, při kterém se krev odsáváve stanoveném množství systémem pro odběr krve do nádobkypod vakuem a/nebo naplněné speciálním plynem pro hemokul-turu a při tom se mísí s kapalným živným mediem, vyznačující setím, že krev odsávaná do nádobky současně inokuluje kapalnéživné medium s antibaktericidními přídavnými látkami a přisměšování a ním pevné živné medium a pak se při určité teplotěa naklonění nádobky kultivuje v obou mediích kultura bakterií,která se stává viditelnou přídavkem baryiva-indikátoru.

Zařízení pro zjišťování bakterií sestávající ze systémuodběru krve, z injekční jehly se skleněným obalem a odděle-ného, volně se systémem odběru krve spojeného systému prohemokulturu, tvořeného zatavenou nádobkou z kapalným živnýmmediem, vyznačující se tím, že zatavenou nádobkou systému prohemokulturu je ampule s kruhovým zúžením (3) a pod kruhovýmzúžením (5) je fiksováno pevné živné medium (10) a nad zúžením(3) se nachází kapalné živné medium (11), v poměru množství 1,5
.3· Zařízení podle bodu 2, vyznačující se tím, že na povrchukruhového zúžení (3) je kroužek (9) lomu a průměr jehoprostupního otvoru činí 6 - 10 mm a jeho umístění na délceampule odpovídá poměru množství pevného živného mediá (10)ke kapalnému živnému mediu (11).
