Claims (7)
1. Kopparbaserad legering, kännetecknad därav, att den innehäller huvudsakligen 2,0 - 3,0 viktprocent nickel, kobolt eller en blandning av dessa, kisel nagot over den st.okiomet-riska mängd, som erfordras för attbilda ovannäirinda metallers sili-cider, krom over den stokiometriska mängd, som erfordras för att bilda kromsilicid tillsammans med ett överskott av kiselsan icke förenats till nämnda metallsilicider samt resten koppar, att överskott krom avlägsnas fran den fasta lösningen och av den-ne finns närvarande som isolerade delar i en kopparmatris, där legeringens elektriska ledningsförmäga är over 45 % av den elek-triska ledningsförmägan hos ren koppar och härdheten är större än 90 Rockwell B.
2. Förfarande för upphettning av en kopparbaserad legering, som innehäller huvudsakligen 2,0 - 3,0 viktprocent nickel, kobolt eller en blandning av dessa, kisel nägot over den stokiometriska mängd, som erfordras för att bilda ovannämnda metallers silici-der, krom over den stokiometriska mängd, som erfordras för att bilda kromsilicider tillsammans med det överskott av kisel som icke förenats tili nämnda metallsilicider samt resten koppar, kännetecknat därav, att legeringen upphettas tili lösningstemperatur, legeringen avkyles, legeringen äldrings-härdas vid en första äldringstemperatur 482 - 593°C en tillräck-ligt läng tid för att isolera siliciderna och legeringen äldras vid en andra äldringstemperatur 399 - 482°C en tillräckligt läng tid för att utfälla överskottet krom ur lösningen och öka legeringens elektriska ledningsförmäga tili ett värde över 45 %.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kännetecknat därav, att legeringen hälles vid den första äldringstemperaturen en tillräckligt läng tid för att öka härdheten över värdet 90 Rockwell B.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2, kanne tecknat därav, att lösningstemperaturen är 871 - 982°C och blandningen hälles vid denna lösningstemperatur 1-3 timmar, vid nämnda
