Claims (11)

1. Förfarande för perfluorering av icke-aromatiserbara polycykliska kolväten med användning av CoF^ som fluorerings-medel,kännetecknat av att (1) det polycykliska kolvätet fluoreras partiellt genom att i en första reaktionszon bringa detsamma i kontakt med ett fluoreringsmedel, som är valt ur den grupp, som bildas av HF, HF-pyridin, A9F2' MnF3 · SF4 · SbF,., KCoF^ och fluorole-finer, i vätskefas under betingelser, som ästadkommer en fluorering motsvarande högst 50 % perfluorering, (2) därefter fluoreras ytterligare det partiellt fluorerade polycykliska kolvätet i en andra reaktionszon i gasfas med CoF^ vid en temperatur, som är högst ca 50°C over det fluorerade materialets kokpunkt för erhällande av en kraftigt fluorerad produkt, som har en fluoreringsgrad motsvarande högst ca 75-95 % perfluorering, och (3) nämnda kraftigt fluorerade produkt omsättes med CoF^ i gasfas vid en temperatur, som är ca 100°C over den temperatur, som först användes i punkt (2) ovan, för bildande av ett väsentligen perfluorerat polycykliskt kolväte.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck-n a t av att den i steg (3) frän den andra zonen erhällna produkten cirkuleras tillbaka tili det andra steget.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, känneteck- n a t av att temperaturen i den första reaktionszonen är ca 17 5-350°C.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1,känneteck-n a t av att temperaturerna i steg (2) regleras frän ett värde, som ligger just över det ätercirkulerade materialets kokpunkt i den första delen av den andra reaktionszonen, tili ca 50°C över nämnda kokpunkt i den sista delen av reaktionszonen.
