Claims (17)
1. Förfarande för framställning av vätskefila, i al-kohol olösliga polyamidmembraner, kännetecknat 5 därav, att förfarandet omfattar följande skeden: vid en första lösningstemperatur framställs en lösning av ett i alkohol olösligt polyamidharts väri förhällandet mellan metylengrupper och amidgrupper CI^iNHCO är cirka 7:1-12:1, i ett polyamidlösningsmedel, vars temperaturlöslighets-10 koefficient är i omrädet cirka 0,01-5 vikt-%/°C;utfällning induceras i lösningen genom tillsats av en kontrollerad mängd av ett icke-lösningsmedel för polyamidhartset under reglerade koncentrations-, temperatur-, tillsättningshastig-hets- och omröringshastighetsbetingelser för erhällande 15 av en synlig fällning av polyamidhartspartiklar, varigenom en gjuthartslösning bildas· gjutlösningen utbreds pä ett substrat varvid en tunn film av denna bildas pä substratet; gjutlösningsfilmen avkyls tili en andra gelbildningstem-peratur, vilken är tillräckligt mycket lägre än den första 20 temperaturen för att utfälla polyamidhartset frän gjutlösningen; filmen av gjutlösningen bringas i kontakt med och utspäds med en icke-lösande vätska för utfällning av polyamidhartset frän gjutlösningen i form av en tunn, vätske-fil membran utan hinna; och den resulterande membranen 25 tvättas och torkas.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att de utfällda polyamidhartspartik-larna löses änyo eller filtreras bort helt eller delvis innan gjutlösningen utbreds pä substratet. 30
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, k ä n - netecknat därav, att icke-lösningsmedlet som bringas i kontakt med gjutlösningen och späder ut gjutlösningen är en blandning av lösningsmedel och icke-lösande vätskor och innehäller en väsentlig andel av lösnings-35 medelsvätskan, men dock mindre än gjutlösningens andel. 69 6 8 8 4 9
4. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknat därav, att polyamidhartset är en eller flera polyhexametylendodekandiamider eller en poly-11-aminoundekanamid.
5 5. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-4, kännetecknat därav, att lösningsmedlet för po-lyamidhartslösningen är mvrsyra och att icke-lösningsmedlet som tillsätts för utspädning är vatten.
6. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-5, 10 kännetecknat därav, att den första lösningstem-peraturen är cirka 50-200°C och den andra gelbildningstem-peraturen är cirka 10-35°C.
7. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att substratet är en icke- 15 porös, syntetisk polymerfilm, vars yta väts av gjutharts-lösningen och badlösningen.
8. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-6, kännetecknat därav, att substratet är en porös väv med öppen struktur, som väts och impregneras med gjut- 20 lösning och därigenom bildas en membranfilm, i vilken den porösa väven ingär som en del av membranfilmen.
9. Förfarande enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-8, kännetecknat därav, att koncentrationen av det i alkohol olösliga polyamidhartset i lösningen är cirka 25 10-20 % och lösningsmedlet för polyamidhartslösningen är en vattenhaltig myrsyralösning, som innehäller cirka 70-85 vikt-% myrsyra; och polyamidhartslösningsfilmen tilläts kalina i luft under ätminstone 10 sekunder, varefter den bringas i kontakt med icke-lösningsmedlet genom neddoppan- 30 de av filmen pä substratet i ett bad av icke-lösningsmedel, som innehäller vatten och tili största del myrsyra.
