Claims (17)
1. Förfarande för fibrering av smält glas med hjälp av en vertikal centrifugalanordning (12), som innefattar en peri-ferivägg (13) utrustad med flere hälrader, genom vilka glas-trädar centrifugeras med hjälp av centrifugalkraften, och som är placerad innanför en ringformad nedätriktad sträck-ningsgasström, i vilket förfarande glasträdarna centrifugeras frän periferiväggens övre hai med en större hastighet än frän de nedre hälen, kännetecknatav, att allt fibrerbart glas mätäs tili zonen innefattande den övre häl-raden och bildas sälunda en laminäx nedätriktad glasström pä innerytan av centrifugalanordningens periferi-vägg (13) i form av ett skikt, som icke bromsas och är väsentligen icke-häftat ovanför centrifugeringshälraderna.
2. Fibreringsförfarande för smält glas enligt patentkravet 1/kännetecknat av, att zonen innefattande centrifugalanordningens periferiväggs nedre kant uppvärmes tillräckligt för upprätthällande av dess temperatur närä temperaturen i zonen innefattande nämnda periferiväggs övre kant, varigenom glasets viskositet hälls väsentligen likformig i nämnda zoner.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1 eller 2, kanne -tecknatav, att allt fibrerbart glas mätäs mot innerytan av centrifugalanordningens perforerade periferivägg (13), väsentligen i niva med de översta hälraderna.
4. Anordning för utförande av fibreringsförfarandet för glas enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, innefattande en ihälig centrifugalanordning (12) med en vertikal axel och en periferivägg (13), vars övre kant har en mindre tjock- lek än den nedre kanten och tili vars nedre 65983 33 kant är förenat ett ringformigt förstärkningsorgan (16), och i vilken periferivägg finns flere hälrader för centrifugering av smäita glasträdar med hjälp av centrifugalkraften, en distributionsanordning (17) för glas, omfattande en periferivägg, som är försedd med glasdistributionshäl (18) och vilken distributionsanordning är anordnad in i centrifugalanordningen, samt ett bläsorgan, som ästadkonuner en ringformig nedätriktad sträckningsgasström runt centrifugalanordningen, känne-t e c k n a d av, att glasdistributionshälen (18) befinner sig i nivä med den Övre hälraden i centrifugalanordningens (12) periferivägg (13) eller omadelbart i närheten av denna niva medan distributörens periferivägg tili andra delar är utan hai.
5. Anordningen enligt patentkravet 4, känneteck-n a d av, att centrifugalanordningens (12) periferivägg (13) är tjockast i nedre kanten, tunnast i mellanzonen och mellan-tjock i den Övre kanten.
6. Anordningen enligt patentkravet 4 eller 5, känne-tecknad av, att periferiväggens (13) yttervta är väsent-ligen cylinderformig.
7. Anordning enligt nägot av patentkraven 4-6, känne-tecknad av, att distributionsanordningen ytterligare omfattar utjämningsorgan (31, 37, 33, 45) för glasets ström-ning, vilka omfattar en ringformig strömutjämningsanordning, som är placerad in i centrifugalanordningen (12, 25, 36, 42) och anordnad i radiell riktning mellan glasets matnings-anordning (17, 28, 46) och centrifugalanordningens (12. 25, 36, 42) periferivägg (13, 26), vilken strömutjämningsanordning omfattar en anordning för att förflytta glaset i utjämnat tillständ tili omrädet innefattande den Övre fibreringshäl-raden.
8. Anordning enligt patentkravet 7, kännetecknad av, att strömningens utjämningsorgan (31, 37, 33, 45) omfattar 65983 34 en ringformig ränna (33, 45) med ett inät öppet spär, vars ena kant är försedd med en blockeringskant eller överströmnings-kanal (34), som förflyttar glaset i ett pian som befinner sig i zonen innefattande den Övre hälraden. (
9. Anordning enligt patentkravet 7, kännetecknad av, att strömningens utjämningsorgan (31, 37, 33, 45) omfattar en ringformig, inät öppen tratt (31, 37) som vid botten är försedd med strömningsutjämningshäl, som förflyttar glaset i ett pian, som ligger ovanför zonen innefattande den övre hälraden.
10. Anordningen enligt patentkravet 8,kännetecknad av, att den ytterligare omfattar en ringformig ut-jämningstratt (37) för strömningen placerad i radiell riktning mellan kanalen och centrifugeringsanordningens (36) peri-ferivägg (26) och försedd vid bottnen med utjämningshäl (40) för strömningen, vilka förflyttar glaset i ett pian som befinner sig i zonen innefattande den övre hälraden.
11. Anordning enligt patentkravet 7, kännetecknad av att en in icentrifugalanordningen (25, 36, 42) anordnad och med densamma roterande distributionsanordning (28, 43) är ut-rustad med en periferivägg med distributionshäl (29) för glaset, vilka är anordnade pä utjämningsorganens niva eller i omedelbar närhet av denna nivä.
12. Anordning enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknad av, att det ringformiga förstärkningsorganet (16) är för-flyttat i radiell riktning inät i förhällande tili periferi-väggens (13) nedre kant och att dess utsträckning i rotations-axelns riktning är större än periferiväggens (13) tjocklek.
13. Anordning enligt patentkravet 4, kännetecknad av, att det ringformiga organet (16) har cylindrisk form och att dess diameter är mindre än diametern för periferiväggens (13) nedre kant och att det ringformiga organet har en kant
