Claims (11)
1. Menetelmä terapeuttisesti aktiivisen N,N-dimetyyii_3_ (4-bromifenyyli)-3-(3-pyridyyli)-allyyliamiinin , jolla on kaava xc ^ il CHCH,N-CH, ch3 tai sen suolan valmistamiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että yhdiste, jolla on kaava . Br II CH2 tai sen suola, saatetaan reagoimaan ylimäärän kanssa formaldehydiä ja dimetyyliamiinin tai sen suolan kanssa, jota on ylimäärin formaldehydin määrään nähden, happokatalysoimalla orgaanisessa liuottimessa, minkä jälkeen muodostunut tuote haluttaessa muutetaan yhdeksi sen geometrisistä isomeereistä tai otetaan talteen tällaisena.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnet-t u siitä, että muodostunut tuote muutetaan Z-isomeeriksi tai otetaan tällaisena talteen.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että liuottimena käytetään etikkahappoa. 64580 26
4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen mentelmä, tunnettu siitä, että dimetyyliamiinin moolimäärä on noin 2 kertaa formaldehydin moolimäärä.
5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että formaldehydin moolimäärä on noin 2 kertaa kaavan II mukaisen lähtöaineen moolimäärä.
6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että happokatalyysi aikaansaadaan käyttämällä suolahappoa.
7. Patenttivaatimuksen 6 mukainen menetelmä, tunnet-t u siitä, että dimetyyliamiinia lisätään sen hydrokloridin muodossa, jolloin saadaan happokatalyysi aikaan.
8. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että reaktio suoritetaan liuottimen kiehumispisteen lähellä olevassa lämpötilassa.
9. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että huomattava määrä liuotinta poistetaan tislaamalla reaktion aikana.
10. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että reagoimatta jäänyttä kaavan II mukaista lähtöainetta otetaan talteen uudelleenkäyttöä varten.
11. 1-(4-bromifenyyli)-1-(3-pyridyyli)-eteeni, jota voidaan käyttää välituotteena N,N-dimetyyli-3-(4-bromifenyyli)-3-(3-pyridyylihallyyliamiinin valmistamiseksi ja jolla on kaava I il ! Il n CH2 tai sen suola. 64580 27
