Claims (10)
1. Förfarande för framställning av en katalysator son passar för polymerisation av etylen, kännetecknat därav, att 1. man torkar i en temperatur inom gränserna 100...800°C en oorga-nisk oxidkatalysatorbärare med stor yta, och bestäende av alu-miniumoxid, toriumoxid, kiseldioxid, zirkoniumoxid eller en blandning av dessa, 2. uppslammar den i skede 1) erhällna bäraren i ett huvudsakligen vattenfritt, vätskeformigt kolväte , 3. uppblandar det i skede 2) erhällna s lammet i en lösning, sora i vätskeformigt kolväte innehäller en kromocenförening och en i detta kolväte löslig titanförening, som kan kalcineras tili Ti02 sä, att den erhällna blandningen förutom kolväte innehäller 0,2...3 vikt-% krom räknat som grundämne och 1,0...10 vikt-% titan räknat som grundämne, 4. avlägsnar kolvätet sä att en fast rest blir kvar, 12 63246 5. tillsätter till den i skede 4) erhallna resten 0...2,5 vikt-% fluoreringsämne, räknat som F, och 6. upphettar den i skede 5) erhallna produkten i ett huvudsakligen vattenfritt syrehaltigt gasfyllt utrymme i 300...1000°C tills man erhäller en aktiv katalysator för polymerisation av etylen.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att katalysatorns oorganiska oxidbärare är kiseldioxid.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att kromocenföreningen är bis-(cyklopentadienyl)-krom-(II).
4. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att formeln för titanföreningen är (R')n"Ti(0R')m eller (R0)mTi(OR')n« där m är 1...4, n" är 0...3, m+n" =4, R är en alkyl-, aryl-eller cykloalkylgrupp som innehäller 1...12 kolatomer, och R' är R, en cyklopentadienylgrupp eller en alkenylgrupp innehällande 2...12 kolatomer.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att man använder 0...5 vikt-% fluoreringsämne.
6. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 5, kännetecknat därav, att fluoreringsämnet är (N^^SiFg.
7. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att blandningen som erhalles i skede 5) i skede 6) upphettas vid 300...800°C. Θ. Förfarande enligt patentkravet 1, kännetecknat därav, att kolvätet är isopentan.
