Lisäksi on huolehdittava siitä, että jauhekerros ei vahingoitu. Huolimatta kaikesta on jäte valmistuksessa suhteellisen suuri.
Eräs toinen tunnettu menetelmä lähtee siitä, että alustalle järjestetään liitosalueita, jotka puolestaan aikaansaavat liitännän molempien ainerainojen välillä. Myös tällöin oli tarpeellista jauheella pinnoittaa liitosalueiden väliset ainerainojen pinnat, ainerainojen yhteen liimautumisen estämiseksi. Tämän valmistustavan epäkohdat ovat korkeat aine- ja työkustannukset valmistuksessa ja väliseinämien eli verkkojen sovituksessa.
Tämän keksinnön tarkoituksena on aikaansaada menetelmä, jonka mukaan liimalla päällystettyjä ainerainoja voidaan liittää keskenään määrätyillä kohdilla kestävästi paineen ja lämmön vaikutuksen alaisena ilman, että jauheen tai monimutkaisten liitoskappaleiden käyttö on välttämätön. Tämä saavutetaan keksinnön mukaisesti siten, että erotus-kerroksen asettaminen suoritetaan myös kiinnityskohtien yli asettamalla kerrosten väliin koko rainan pinnan yli ulottuva ohut harsovuota ja että kiinnityskohdissa kiinnitys suoritetaan puristamalla kautsu tai liima-aine harsovuodan läpi. Harsovuotana tulee tällöin kysymykseen joustava, huokoinen pintarakenne, joka mahdollisesti mekaanisen (esim. naulaamalla) esivahvistuksen jälkeen liimaamalla liiman avulla, liuottamalla, hitsaamalla tai näiden menetelmien yhdistelmällä liitetään yhteen. Tällaiset harsovuodat muodostuvat keskenään sekaisin olevista ohuista yksityiskuiduista, ja nämä voivat olla luonnonkuituja (villa, puuvilla jne.), puolisynteettisiä kuituja, (silla-asetaattikuidut) tai täyssynteettisiä kuituja (polyamidi-, polyesteri-, polyakryylinit-riili-, polyetyleeni-, PVC- ja polypropyleenikuidut). Harsonmuodostus-menetelmä ei ole tämän keksinnön kohteena.
Sopivimmin tulevat käyttöön keksinnön mukaisessa menetelmässä silla-viskoosiharso, jonka paksuus on hyvin vähäinen, jota on kaupan nimellä "Viledon". Sen paksuus vastaa painoa 25-30 g/m . Tarkoituksenmukaisesti järjestetään kuituvuota keskenään yhdistettävien kumilla päällystettyjen ainerainojen toisella puolella ja tämä järjestetään yhteen harsovuodan kanssa välittömästi toisen ainerainan kumipäällysteiselle puolelle, jonka jälkeen jo suoritetaan saumojen kuumapuristus. Välillä olevalla harsolla on tällöin kaksi toimintaa. Se muodostaa vaikuttavan eroitusaineen irrallisten päällekkäin olevien kumipäällysteisten ainepintojen välillä, mikä estää niiden ei-toivotun lii- 3 58089 tännän. Toiseksi tämä tulee kuumapuristuksen alueella, siis saumojen ja reunojen alueella täysin liima- ja kumiaineexx läpitunkemaksi, jolloin se samalla aikaansaa huomattavan saumojen ja reunojen vahvistuksen, jolloin repäisylujuus kohoaa. Lopuksi vähäisen paksuuden omaavan harsovuodan läpäisevyys ja sekoitettu kuiturakenne ei vaikuta saumojen ja reunojen tiiviyteen.
Erityisen edullisesti silla-viskoosiharso*50/50 (viskoosi- ja silla- osuus) käytetään yksikköpainolla noin 25 - 30 g/m^, jolloin kuumapuris- 2 tus sinänsä tunnetulla tavalla tapahtuu paineessa noin 10 kp/cm ja lämpötilassa 180°C.
Eräs erityisen edullinen valmistusmenetelmä, jota kuitenkin samanlaisella menestyksellä voi myös käyttää tunnetuissa valmistusmenetelmissä, joissa harsovuodan sijasta käytetään jauhekerrosta tai järjestetään välikerroksia, on sellainen, että keskenään liitettävien aine-rainojen kuumapuristus suoritetaan niin pitkälle, kunnes liima-aine tai kumipäällyste puristustyökalun alueella sivuttaisesti painetaan ulos ainerainojen välillä olevan raon peittävän paltteen muodostamiseksi. Laite menetelmän soveltamiseksi on edullisesti sellainen, että puristustyökalu sinänsä tunnetulla tavaLla on muodostettu metallisesta kuumennettavasta puristuslevystä ja sinänsä lujasta, mutta elastisesta joustavasta puristusalustaata, joka on puuta, erityisesti ris-tivaneria. Keksinnön mukaisella menetelmällä valmistetut puhallettavat tai muulla aineella täytettävä esineet, kuten ilmapatjat, tyynyt, kumiveneet tai sellaiset, tai myös koottavat nestesäiliöt, vesikourut jne. ovat tunnetut siitä, että kumipäällysteisten pintojensa kanssa päällekkäisten ja sauma- ja reuna-alueilla kuumapuristuksella yhteen-liitettyjen ainerainojen välille on järjestetty sen koko pinnan yli ulottuva ohut kuituharsovuota. Toisaalta omaavat puhallettavat esineet riippumatta siitä, ovatko ne valmistetut jauhe- tai välikerrosme-netelmällä, liima-aineesta tai ainerainojen kumipäällysteistä muodostetun, pitkin saumaa tai reunaa kulkevan, ainerainojen välillä olevan raon peittävän ja siten tiiviisti sulkevan paltteen.
Keksinnön ajatus, joka sisältää erilaisia sovellutusmahdollisuuksia, on kuvattu oheisissa piirustuksissa, joissa esittää:

Keksinnön mukaisen menetelmän sovellutuksessa käytetään ainerainoja, esimerkiksi tekstiilirainaa 1, joka toiselta puolelta on varustettu kumituksella 2. Nämä ainerainat, kuten kuviosta 2 käy selville, kumi- tus toisiinsa käännettynä järjestetään päällekkäin työpöydällä 3.
Tällöin molempien ainerainojen väliin sovitetaan ohut kuituharsovuota 4, joka on sekaisin olevia päällekkäisiä luonnon- tai tekokuituja tai sellaisia. Tämä harso 4 on esimerkiksi silla-viskoosivuota,, joka kau- . o passa on nimellä "Viledon" ja omaa yksikköpamon noin 28 - 30 g/m .
Tämä vuota ulottuu ainerainojen koko pinnan yli ja muodostaa lähinnä erotuskerroksen, joka estää vielä ei-vulkanoitujen ainerainojen liimau- tumisen toisiinsa.
Kuumapuristimessa tapahtuu lopuksi ainerainojen 1, 2 yhteenliittäminen harsolla 4 kauttaaltaan ja tosin vain määrätyllä alueella, kuten esimerkiksi käy selville kuvion 1 mukaisesta kuvauksesta. Tämä saavutetaan siten, että kuumennettava puristuslevy on käytössä, joka vastaa kuviossa 1 kuvattu*esitystä ja omaa kohotetut reunapinnat 5 sekä sau-mapinnat 6 ja 7 ja 8. Reunat 5 ja saumat 6-8 ovat siten sovitetut, että niiden välillä en reunojen 5 sisäpuolella pintaosat 9, joiden sisäpuolella ei tapahdu mitään päällekkäisten ainerainojen liitäntää. Ilmapatjaosien puhalluksessa muodostuvat tavalliset ilmakammiot saumojen 6, 7 ja 8 välillä reunojen S sisäpuolella.
Kuumapuristuksessa, joka suoritetaan paineella noin 10 aty ja lämpötilassa noin 180°C, tunkeutuu kumitusaine 2 harsovuodan 4 läpi reunojen 5 ja saumojen 6, 7 ja 8 alueilla niin, että muodostetaan ainerainojen tiivis ja tehokas liitäntä.
Toisaalta jatketaan kuumapuristusta tarkoituksenmukaisesti metallisen puristuslevyn 10 ja edullisesti ristivaneria olevan puristusalustan 11 välillä niin pitkälle, että kuvioiden 3 ja 4 mukaisesti kumitus 2 tulee sivuttaisesti ulos määrätyllä laajuudella ja muodostuu pitkin puristuspintaa palte, joka peittää raon ainerainojen välillä pitkin 5 58089 saumoja 6 tai reunoja 5. Tekstiilirainalle 1 liimattava kumitusui-ne 2 kulkee juosteri paltteen 12 yli. Tämä pallo i::uoäostaa varmiötukeen saumojen repeytymistä vastaan ja korvaa tavallisesti tähän tarkoitukseen käytetyt laskosliuskat.
Kuviossa 4 on esitetty leikkaus saumasta ja siitä on selvästi todettavissa liima-aineen palte 12 ja kurri it us 2 ja harsovuota H, joka liittyy helposti toisen ainerainan kumitukseen 2.
kiittää, jos valmistuksessa vain toinen aineraina on päällystetty hur-sovuodalla 4. Luonnollisesti voivat kuitenkin myös yksinkertaisuus-syistä molemmat ainerainat omata päällysteharson. Kuviosta 4 käy selvästi ilmi, että pur is tus työkalun alueella kumitus 2 on läpeensä puristettu läpi harsovuodan 4 ja määrätyssä määrässä se on tiivistetty ja on osa kurnitusta sivuttaisesti puristettuna ulos paltteen 12 muodostamiseksi.
Tapahtuneen kuuinapuristuksen jälkeen valmistettu esine kuten tavallista vulkanoidaan ja vulkanoimisaika on ilmapatjoilla tai sellaisilla noin 20 minuuttia, lämpötila 140°C ja paine noin 3 aty.
Luonnollisesti puristusajat, puristuslämpötilat sekä vulkanointiarvot ovat sovitettavissa kulloinkin valmistettavien tuotteiden mukaan.
Claims (5)
1. Menetelmä paikoitellen pysyvästi toisiinsa kiinnitettyjen Tainojen valmistamiseksi, jossa menetelmässä toisiinsa yhdistettävät rai-nat päällystetään niiden vastakkain tulevilta pinnoiltaan kautsulla tai liima-aineella ja ennen vastakkain asettamista molempien kerrosten väliin niille alueille, joita ei kiinnitetä toisiinsa, asetetaan erotuskerros ja rainat yhdistetään toisiinsa käyttämällä painetta ja kuumuutta kiinnityskohdissa, tunnettu siitä, että erotus-kerroksen asettaminen suoritetaan myös kiinnityskohtien yli asettamalla kerrosten väliin koko rainan pinnan yli ulottuva ohut harso-vuota ja että kiinnityskohdissa kiinnitys suoritetaan puristamalla kautsu tai liima-aine harsovuodan läpi.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kautsun tai liima-aineen puristaminen harsovuodan läpi tapahtuu paineella 10 kilopondia/cin lämpötilassa 180°C.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kautsun tai liima-aineen puristamista harsovuodan läpi suoritetaan kunnes kautsu tai liima-aine alkaa tunkeutua ulos kiinnityskohdasta.
4. Jonkin edellä olevan patenttivaatimuksen 1-3 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että harsovuotana käytetään silla-viskoosi- 2 vuotaa 50/50, jonka yksikköpaino on noin 25 - 30 g/m .
5. Puristustyökalu patenttivaatimuksen 3 mukaisen menetelmän suorittamiseksi, joka työkalu muodostuu kuumennettavasta metallisesta, kiinnityskohdissa rivoilla varustetusta puristuslevystä ja puristus-alustasta, tunnettu siitä, että puristusalusta (11) muodostuu jäykästä, sinänsä elastisesti peräänantavasta puulevystä, erityisesti vanerilevystä.
