Claims (28)
1. Menetelmä sellaisen valetun kuitumaisen tuotteen muodostamiseksi, jonka tiheys on 5-100 kg/m ja ilmasisältö 90-99,5 tilavuus-%, ja sisältää kuituja, jotka ovat sitoutuneet toisiinsa olennaisesti vetysidoksilla, jonka menetelmän mukaan - vaahdotetaan vesisuspensio, joka sisältää luonnonkuituja, etenkin puukuituja käsittäviä kierrätyskuituja, valinnaisesti yhdessä synteettisten kuitujen kanssa, ensimmäisen kuitupitoisen vaahdon tuottamiseksi, - kuitupitoinen vaahto syötetään muottiin, - poistetaan osa vaahtoon sisältyvästä vedestä (2) mekaanisesti kiinteytyneen, kostean kuitupitoisen koostumuksen tuottamiseksi, ja - haihdutetaan vettä (3) kiinteytyneestä, kosteasta kuitupitoisesta koostumuksesta kuivan kuitupitoisen tuotteen tuottamiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että - vettä poistetaan kuitupitoisesta vaahdosta imulla, - muotti käsittää sisäpinnan kuitupitoisen vaahdon vastaanottamiseksi ja vastakkaisen ulkopinnan, jolloin ainakin yksi sisäpinnan puoli on valmistettu läpäisevästä materiaalista, joka soveltuu kuitupitoisen materiaalin pidättämiseen ja sallimaan veden kulun sisäpinnalta ulkopinnalle, ja - muotti käsittää edelleen sisäpinnalla ulkonevan kolmiulotteinen koirasosan, joka on sisäpinnalta päällystetty läpäisevällä materiaalilla, jolloin mainittu koirasosa vastaa kuivassa kuitupitoisessa tuotteessa olevaa koloa.
2. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vesisuspensio vaahdotetaan kuitupitoiseksi vaahdoksi, jonka ilmasisältö on yli 30 %, edullisesti 50-90 % vaahdon tilavuudesta.
3. Patenttivaatimuksen 1 tai 2 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kuitupitoinen vaahto saadaan aikaan menetelmällä, jossa - kuitujen vesisuspensio voimakkaasti sekoitetaan, - paine alennetaan, valinnaisesti kuitujen vesisuspension lämpötilaa kohottamalla, - ilma dispergoidaan vesisuspension sisään injektoimalla, tai - edellä mainittujen menetelmien millä tahansa yhdistelmällä.
4. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vesisuspension sakeus on 0,1-10 %, edullisesti 0,5-5 % suspension painoon perustuen.
5. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kostealla kuitupitoisella vaahdolla on vesisisältö, joka on korkeintaan 70 tilavuus-%, edullisesti 30-50 % suspension tilavuudesta.
6. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että kuivalla kuitupitoisella tuotteella on vesisisältö, joka on 12 paino-% tai vähemmän.
7. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vesisuspensioon sisällytetään surfaktanttia vaahdonmuodostuksen tehostamiseksi.
8. Patenttivaatimuksen 7 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että pinta-aktiivisuusaine valitaan epäorgaanisista surfaktantista, orgaanisista pinta-aktiivisuusaineista ja niiden seoksista.
9. Patenttivaatimukset tai 8 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että surfaktantti valitaan ryhmästä, johon kuuluvat kalsiumnatrium-2,2',2",2"'-(l,2-etaanidiyylidinitrilo)tetra-asetaatti (1:2:1), heksadekanoli, heksadekyylipalmitaatti, kolesteroli, etanoliamiini, D-fmktoosi, liivate, D(+)-glukosimonohydraatti, arabikumi, D(-)-mannitoli, öljyhappo, sorbitoli, polyeteeniglykoli, polyvinyylialkoholi, kaliumjodaatti, 1,2-propaanidioli, natriumdodekyylisulfaatti, tärkkelys, sakkaroosi, dinatriumdivetyeteenidiamiinitetra-asetaatti, vaha, D(+)-ksyloosi, atsodi karbon am i di (ADCA), atsobi sform am i di (ABFA), atsobisisobutyronitriili (AIBN), Ν,Ν'-denitrosopentametyleenitetramiini (DPT), P-tolueenisulfonyylihydratsidi (TSH), P,P'-oksibis(bentseenisulfonyylihydratsidi) (OBSH), ammoniumkarbonaatti ja natriumvetykarbonaatti ja niiden seokset.
10. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että se käsittää homogeenisen monifaasisen seoksen muodostamisen luonnonkuitujen vesisuspension vaahdotuksella, joka valinnaisesti sisältää synteettisiä kuituja.
11. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vettä poistetaan kuitupitoisesta vaahdosta imulla.
12. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että imua käytetään kuitupitoiseen vaahtoon muotin ulkopinnalta.
13. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että imu saattaa kuitupitoisen vaahdon alttiiksi paineelle.
14. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että haihdutus toteutetaan keinolla valittuna mikroaaltojen, infrapuna-aaltojen, ilmapuhalluksen, ilmakuivauksen ja kiertoilmakuivauksen ja niiden yhdistelmien ryhmästä.
15. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että peitetään ainakin osa ensimmäisestä, muottiin syötetystä kuitupitoisesta vaahdosta syöttämällä muottiin kuitujen muodostama, toinen kuitupitoinen vaahto ensimmäisen kuitupitoisen vaahdon päälle.
16. Patenttivaatimuksen 15 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että uusia kuitupitoisia vaahtoja syötetään aiempien kuitupitoisten vaahtojen päälle monikerroksisen kuivan kuitupitoisen tuotteen muodostamiseksi.
17. Patenttivaatimuksen 15 tai 16 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että vesi poistetaan toisesta kuitupitoisesta vaahdosta tai muista kuitupitoisista vaahdoista, jotka kuivatetaan.
18. Patenttivaatimuksen 16 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että - poistetaan imemällä osa ensimmäiseen vaahtoon sisältyvästä vedestä ennen toisen kuitupitoisen vaahdon syöttämistä tai - syötetään ensimmäinen ja toinen tai muut vaahdot peräkkäin muottiin ennen imun kytkemistä veden poistamiseksi vaahdoista.
19. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että ensimmäisen kuitupitoisen vaahdon kuidut valitaan ryhmästä, johon kuuluvat termomekaaniset massakuidut, kemi-termomekaaniset massakuidut, sulfaattimassakuidut, sulfiittimassakuidut, soodamassakuidut, liukosellukuidut, revintämassakuidut, NBSK-massakuidut, SBSK-massakuidut, kierrätysmassakuidut, siistatut massakuidut, organosolv-massakuidut, valkaistut massakuidut ja niiden seokset, valinnaisesti yhdessä polyesterikuitujen, aramidikuitujen, akrylonitriilikuitujen, polylaktidikuitujen, aromaattisten polyimidikuitujen, polyamidikuitujen, polyuretaanikuitujen, polyeteenikuitujen, polypropeenikuitujen tai niiden yhdistelmien kanssa.
20. Jonkin edellisen patenttivaatimuksen mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että toisen tai muiden kuitupitoisten vaahtojen kuidut valitaan ryhmästä, johon kuuluvat termomekaaniset massakuidut, kemi-termomekaaniset massakuidut, sulfaattimassakuidut, sulfiittimassakuidut, soodamassakuidut, liukosellukuidut, revintämassakuidut, NBSK-massakuidut, SBSK-massakuidut, kierrätysmassakuidut, siistatut massakuidut, organosolv-massakuidut, valkaistut massakuidut ja niiden seokset, valinnaisesti yhdessä polyesterikuitujen, aramidikuitujen, akrylonitriilikuitujen, polylaktidikuitujen, aromaattisten polyimidikuitujen, polyamidikuitujen, polyuretaanikuitujen, polyeteenikuitujen, polypropeenikuitujen ja niiden yhdistelmien kanssa.
21. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 15-17 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että toisen tai muiden kuitupitoisten vaahtojen kuidut ovat erilaisia kuin ensimmäisen tai edeltävien kuitupitoisten vaahtojen kuidut.
22. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 15-21 mukainen menetelmä, tunnettu siitä, että ensimmäisen kuitupitoisen vaahdon kuidut valitaan kemiallisista kuiduista, jotka ovat valinnaisesti valkaistuja.
23. Kuitupitoinen muottituote, tunnettu siitä, että sen tiheys on 5-100 kg/m3 ja ilmasisältö 90-99,5 tilavuus-%, jolloin mainittu tuote sisältää kuituja, jotka ovat sitoutuneet toisiinsa olennaisesti vetysidoksilla, jolloin mainittu tuote on valmistettu jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 1-22 mukaisella menetelmällä.
24. Patenttivaatimuksen 23 mukainen tuote, tunnettu siitä, että se on olennaisesti vapaa lämpömuovautuvista sideaineista.
25. Patenttivaatimuksen 23 mukainen tuote, tunnettu siitä, että se sisältää sideaineita valittuna ryhmästä, joka koostuu kemiallisista sideaineista, nanoselluloosasta ja niiden seoksesta.
26. Patenttivaatimusten 23-25 mukainen tuote, tunnettu siitä, että tuote käsittää vähintään ensimmäisen kerroksen, etenkin toisen kerroksen, sopivasti monia kerroksia.
27. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 23-26 mukainen tuote, tunnettu siitä, että vähintään yksi kerros sisältää mekaanisia massakuituja, joka on valittu ryhmästä, johon kuuluvat mekaaniset massakuidut, termomekaaniset massakuidut, kemi-termomekaaniset massakuidut sekä niiden yhdistelmät.
28. Jonkin patenttivaatimuksen 23-26 mukainen tuote, tunnettu siitä, että vähintään yksi kerros sisältää kemiallisia massakuituja, jotka on valittu ryhmästä, johon kuuluvat termomekaaniseta massakuidut, sulfaattimassakuidut, sulfiittimassakuidut, soodamassakuidut, liukosellukuidut, revintämassakuidut, NBSK-massakuidut, SBSK-massakuidut, kierrätysmassakuidut, siistatut massakuidut, organosolv-massakuidut, valkaistut massakuidut, polyesterikuidut, aramidikuidut, akrylonitriilikuidut, polylaktidikuidut, aromaattiset polyimidikuidut, polyamidikuidut, polyuretaanikuidut, polyeteenikuidut, polypropeenikuidut tai niiden yhdistelmät.
