Claims (2)

1. Menetelmä läpinäkyvän maitoheraproteiinin valmistamiseksi, tunnettu siitä, että a) maitoheraproteiini puhdistetaan, b) maitoheraproteiiniliuos, .jonka pH ~>n pienempi kuin 4 5 tai suurempi kuin 6 ja suolapitoisuus korkeintaan 50 mil- limoolia, kuumennetaan vähintään lämpötilaan 55°C läpinäkyvän liuoksen saamiseksi ja joko c) lisätään vähintään yhtä suolaa läpinäkyvään liuokseen maustamista varten, säädetään liuoksen pH arvoon, joka on 10 pienempi kuin 4 tai suurempi kuin 6, ja lopuksi kuumenne taan liuos, tai d) jäähdytetään läpinäkyvä liuos korkeintaan 10°C olevaan lämpötilaan. • > * * 1 1 « i 1 • · * I I · » 32 '!
