Claims (6)

1. Flingartat pigment, kännetecknat av, att dess medelpartikelstorlek är 5 - 60 μιη, det 5 föreligger i form av kompositpartiklar baserade pä en ordnad blandning, och kompositpartiklarna kan erhällas genom att utsätta en blandning bestäende av ett flingartat substrat innehällande flingartade substrat, vilka vart och ett har ett sidförhällande pä 10 - 120, och ett pigment 10 och/eller ett färgämne, som innehäller partiklar med en medelpartikelstorlek pä 5 μια eller mindre, för ett blandningsförfarande under hög hastighet i fränvaro av ett vätskeformigt medium.
2. Förfarande för framställning av ett flingartat 15 pigment enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av, att omrörningsenergi pä 290 J eller mer per gram riktas pä blandningens partiklar, vilka innehäller flingartade substrat, vilka var och ett har ett sidförhällande pä 10 -120, och ett pigment och/eller ett färgämne, som 20 innehäller partiklar med en medelpartikelstorlek pä 5 μιη eller mindre, pä sä sätt att kompositpartiklar bildas av par- tiklarna i en gasström med hög hastighet i fränvaro av ett vätskeformigt medium.
3. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 2 för framställ-25 ning av ett flingartat pigment, kännetecknat av, att nämnda blandning utsätts för ett blandningsförfa-rande med hög hastighet med blandningshastigheten 30 m/s eller mer uttryckt som rotationshastighet.
4. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 3 för framställ-30 ning av ett flingartat pigment, kännetecknat av, att man använder en apparat, som är försedd med omrö-rare och omröringsblad, vilka förmär ästadkomma energi pä 22 1 0 4 8 3 2 25. eller mer per cm3 av reaktorns kapacitet och en till-räcklig konvektionsblandningseffekt i nämnda medium.
5. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 4, kanne-t e c k n a t av, att nämnda blandning mätäs i kärlet i 5 en mängd av 70 % eller mindre av reaktorkärlets kapacitet och den behandlas med hög skärhastighet.
6. Användning av ett flingartat pigment enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av, att den sker i pigmentfärgning av kosmetiska ämnen, ytmälarfärg för bi- 10 lar, plaster, trycksvärta, malarfärger för elektriska hus-hallsmaskiner, malarfärger för byggnadsmaterial och urushi-malarfärger (japanskt lack). ♦
