Claims (8)
1. Förfarande för framställning av Ν,Ν-dimetylaminometylarylföreningar med den allmänna formeln I R 10 i 1 ArCHN(CH3)2 i vilken formel R betecknar en väteatom eller en metylgrupp och Ar betecknar en eventuellt substituerad fenylgrupp med formeln väri R betecknar en väteatom, kloratom eller bromatom eller en C^g-alkylgrupp, eller Ar betecknar en eventuellt substituerad furylgrupp med formeln - 20 -fy väri R2 betecknar en väteatom, C-j 6-alkylgrupp eller en grupp med formeln : ' 25 HCNOo il -CH2N(CH3)2 eller - CH2SCH2CH2NHCNHCH3, • · 30 eller Ar är en eventuellt substituerad pyridylgrupp med formeln v Q. Cl m Q :···: fT n r3^N 35 3 väri R betecknar en väteatom eller en C-^g-alkylgrupp, eller för framställning av deras salter, kännetecknat därav, att man i dimetylformamid säsom lösningsme-del omsätter en hydroximetylarylförening med den allmänna formeln II 102166 15
5 R I II AfCHOH väri R och Ar har ovan angivna betydelser, med dimetylamin och ett tetrametylfor-mamidiniumsalt med formeln III 10 \ f ^N(CH3)2 \ HC^ III 15 väri X betecknar klor, brom eller tosyl, varefter den bildade föreningen eventuellt omvandlas till sitt salt därav.
2. Förfarande enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat därav, att reaktionstemperaturen 20 hälles vid 80 - 130°C, och företrädesvis vid 90 - 100°C.
3.
