COMPRENDE TAMBIEN LA SEPARACION DE ACIDOS NUCLEICOS RESIDUALES, POR ADICION AL MATERIAL BIOSINTETICO DE UN DETERGENTE Y/O UN AGENTE CAOTROPICO JUNTO CON LA NUCLEASA. DE APLICACION EN LA PURIFICACION DE PROTEINAS PREPARADAS POR FERMENTACION, EN LA ELIMINACION DE POTENCIAL INFECCIOSO DE AGENTES INFECCIOSOS PARA LA PRODUCCION DE ANTIGENOS, VACUNAS O AGENTES DE DIAGNOSTICO. APLICABLE COMO MEDIDA RESIDUAL RESULTANTE DE LA PRODUCCION INDUSTRIAL DE PRODUCTOS BIOSINTETICOS POR TECNICAS DE ADN RECOMBINANTE.
