COMPRENDE: A) SUSTITUIR UNA PORCION DEL EXTREMO TERMINAL N DE UNA SECUENCIA DE ADN QUE CODIFICA UN POLIPEPTIDO ANALIZABLE POR UNA SERIE DEGENERADA DE SECUENCIAS DE ADN QUE CODIFICAN UNA PORCION DEL EXTREMO TERMINAL N DEL POLIPEPTIDO DESEADO; B) EXPRESAR EN UN HOSPEDANTE TRANSFORMADO LA SERIE RESULTANTE DE SECUENCIAS DE ADN HIBRIDO; C) SELECCIONAR LAS SECUENCIAS DE ADN QUE PERMITEN LA PRODUCCION OPTIMA DEL POLIMERO ANALIZABLE; Y D) UTILIZAR UNA PORCION DEL EXTREMO TERMINAL N DE LAS SECUENCIAS DE ADN HIBRIDO SELECCIONADO PARA EXPRESAR AL POLIPEPTIDO DESEADO EN EL HOSPEDANTE.
