COMPRENDE: A) HACER UNA SUSPENSION DE 2-70% DE MATERIAL RESIDUAL DE EXTRACCION DE CAFE EN EL QUE SE HA ELIMINADO EL ARABINOGALACTANO; B) AÑADIR ACIDO SULFURICO EN UN 0,1-4% COMO CATALIZADOR, LLEVANDO EL PH A 0,5-5; C) MANTENER LA SUSPENSION EN UN REACTOR TUBULAR DE FLUJO DE PISTON PARA HIDROLIZARLA, DURANTE 6-300 SEG, A 160-240JC, Y BAJO 5-140 KG/CM2 DE PRESION, Y OBTENER MANO-SACARIDOS DE DP1 A DP10; D) ENFRIAR, Y REDUCIR LA PRESION BRUSCAMENTE; E) SEPARAR EL MATERIAL RESIDUAL DE LOS MANO-SACARIDOS; F) NEUTRALIZAR CON HIDROXIDO CALCICO; Y G) REDUCIR LOS MANOSACARIDOS EN PRESENCIA DE NIQUEL SOBRE TIERRA DE DIATOMEAS, MEDIANTE ELECTROLISIS, PARA OBTENER LOS CORRESPONDIENTES ALCOHOLES. SE UTILIZA PARA RECUPERAR LOS PRODUCTOS RESIDUALES DE LA INDUSTRIA TRANSFORMADORA DEL CAFE.
